  • Relax and rejuvenate with this full-body and stress-reducing massage that uses long, soft but firm sweeping strokes with the massage therapist's hands and forearms as well as kneading, tapping, friction, or vibration to move muscles back and forth. It's both relaxing and energizing.

  • Perfect for people who love deep pressure! This is a barefoot massage technique with deep, broad, consistent pressure using the massage therapist's feet, body weight, and gravity. This deep therapeutic massage is fluid and relaxing. Parallel bars are used above the massage table for balance, support and safety.

  • A deeply relaxing massage that uses finger pressure to areas on the feet, hands and/or ears that correspond to organs and systems of the body. It helps reduce pain and psychological symptoms, such as anxiety and depression, and enhances sleep.
